< return to User:Johnathan404 By around 2014, I had visited most motorway service areas while on genuine road trips. Contrary to popular belief, I had not done them all, and wasn't planning to! I did start going out the way to fill a few more in: Exeter, Bridgwater, Leeds Skelton Lake, Wetherby, most of Scotland, the brand-new Sawtry, Rotherham, and then finally rounding it off on 24 December 2025 with Folkestone. Folkestone hurt, not just because it's at the end of a very boring road, but because I knew I had driven past it twice on previous trips with friends. With the set finally complete at 100, I have no plans to try to do all the A-roads.
